How I Cured My Allergy

I suffered this shit since I was a kid (6yo, don't remember beyond that). I couldn't pass a field or a meadow (or a single flowering bush for that matter) without getting seriously hit. I would prefer cyanide to cut grass. Couldn't breathe or see anything. When I was young especially eyes suffered - it was no exception to have them completely red, I looked like a Dracula. Repeated conjunctivitis was a normal thing.

Later on things changed, gradually, slowly - allergy started to affect my breathing more and left the eyes relatively OK (OK in my own speaking, because nothing was OK, I just got used to it - people get used to anything, even eating cockroaches in nuclear crater). I never looked forward to spring and summer, and I regretted it.

Spring/summer routine for last 10 years: Antihistamines 3 times a day + eye and nasal drops for short relieves. Windows permanently shut, just to open them would bring consequences (and I live in the middle of Prague with almost no flora around). To go with my girlfriend to a park was a death march. I supplied myself with handkerchiefs and barely reacted to her chirping, snorting endlessly. After too much antihistamines I started to get sleepy and couldn't drive safely (which I happily ignored). Food allergies kicked in - various nuts, apples, carrots, peaches, pineapples, etc.

My mother took me to allergology center several times (when I was a kid, not now!), I kept coming there regularly. Things got better for a year or two, then I stopped going and allergy almost instantly returned.

So I was always thinking - what the fuck?
I'm healthy (in brackets), have a strength, speed and stamina of an olympic champion, I sleep well, and take care of myself in general 100% better than average Joe.

Few years ago I visited allergology again for tests - by that time I couldn't receive any regular antihistamines because I became lactose intolerant - and all those pills are created from lactose. A very pleasant and beautiful doctor (which I didn't pick up, she was married) performed the tests - I was allergic to everything (all major branches - grasses, trees) except for mites. So I sat there full of expectations - I was in the best allergology clinic in the country after all - and she told me there is no help. She could vaccinate me for one of those branches, but the other branch would got worse. What the fuck again.

So I started to look elsewhere. I knew there is something going on and I refused the idea that the allergy is basically incurable.

Long story short - I finally solved it. I think I will start curing people from allergy for money and become multimillionaire ;)

Im writing this sitting by my open window, looking at a tree outside (I keep it open since the beginning of spring and ENJOY the nature finally). Walk in a park became a walk in a park again. I even train Kalah in the park, swallowing grass occasionally after getting hit and falling down. I visited countryside several times, which would normally kill me and - and nothing happened. I used antihistamines 3 times this year, to help fight with greater exposure, but frankly - I would have been able to do without. Allergy is not completely gone (yet), but it's changed from unbearable enemy to a dwarf kicking my ankles sometimes which can be ignored without an effort.

I was thinking of ending the article here, but it would be too cruel :-)

So let's make the long story short - I only changed two things.

I started supplementing curcumin+piperin mixed in butter (curcumin has anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects, but without piperin (extract from pepper) your body will not use it and without some fat - your body will not digest it). I consider this to slightly help me with allergy - Im curing something that should not be there in the first place.

Second and the most important thing - I stopped combining sacharids with proteins and/or fats in my food. I can tell you the effect were almost instant (matter of days) - I hit this information on internet utterly accidentally while searching for something else. In short - human bodies are capable of digesting sacharids, proteins and fat, yes - but not together. Every time I stop following this rule, allergy comes back for a short period of time.
